If you receive slightly melted products, such as our candles, we apologize as we can not control the weather or temperatures your shipments will become exposed to in transit. 

Refunds:  We are not responsible for how your shipment was delivered, therefore, we do not refund shipping fees.  Any product(s) arriving damaged and/or broken or if customer received incorrect items will be refunded at the purchase price paid.  We will require a photo of damages so we may file a complaint with the shipping service for any scenarios.  Your refund will be processes ASAP and sent to the original form of payment.  Thank you in advance.

2 common characteristics of Soy Wax:

1) Soy candles may arrive with slightly uneven textured tops, this is normal and a well known characteristic of the soy bean oil used to make soy wax.

2) Your candle may appear to have wet spots on glass. This is caused by temperature changes causing the wax to detach from the glass.

Both these characteristics will have no impact on the quality or scent of your candle. It will burn clean and toxic free.

• Please ensure you follow these safety tips when lighting your candle.
  
• Trim your wick to 1/8" before each and every burn. This ensures the your flame does not smoke, flicker too much or rise too high.
  
• Your First Burn needs to be 1-3 hours in order to achieve full melting pool.  A full melting pool prevents tunneling, which is access wax build up on the side of your vessels.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  
• Please, keep your candle out of reach of children and pets.
  
• Never burn your candle near anything that can catch fire.
  
• Be sure that you place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface.
  
• Keep lit  candles away from any drafts.
  
• Never burn your candle all the way down. Always leave 1/2 inch of wax in the bottom of the vessel.
  
• Never touch or move a burning candle when the wax is liquid.
  
• Place burning candles at least 4 inches apart from one another.
  
• Never use water to extinguish your candle.

FAQ's

• When will my order be shipped? Your order will ship 1-3 business days after we process your payment.
  
  
• Are your products vegan?  Yes, we always take care to select and use vegan friendly wax + fragrance oils in our products. We never use ingredients that are derived from animal products when making our candles.
  
• Do I need to trim my wicks?  Yes, before each and every burn of your candle it is important to trim the wick. If your candle wick is too long it can cause smoking, and blacken the sides of your vessel.  We recommend a cut length of 1/8 inch using a wick trimmer. However, small household scissors or nail clippers work just fine. We recommend that you only cut the wick once the wax has cooled to avoid any wick trimmings in the wax. Having a wick that is too long will not only cause your candle to burn quicker and hotter, it could also prohibit your wick from even staying lit.
  
• How do I remove the excess wax to reuse the vessel?  If you are wanting to reuse your vessel, a good way of removing the excess wax in the bottom is to place the vessel in the freezer for 1/2 hour. This will shrink the wax and it can then be easily removed. Otherwise, run some hot water from the tap, adding a little liquid dish detergent into the tumbler and leave to soak overnight. The tumbler can then be emptied and you can dispose of the wax. Gently pick off the wick sticker but be careful to not use sharp objects to remove, as this may scratch the paintwork of the vessel. 

• Wash your vessel with warm soapy water and a sponge. Leave to dry as normal and your vessel is ready to use again.
